COMMONLABS strives to ensure that all items sold on our website are all of the highest quality. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order before sending it. If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com to discuss the appropriate action. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis.
How to make a return or exchange Contact us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your purchase so we can look out for your returns. You would also need to attach a copy of your order invoice together with your return package. Your replacement item/ store credit will be sent to you within 3-7 business days upon receiving the return item. Refunds should be processed within 2 weeks.
